Template Designs
HyperMail allows you to store an unlimited amount of your own template designs to
use with your email campaigns. Our template management systems supports full
html. Your images and other media can be hosted within our system as well
as a 3rd party location. HyperMail also supports dynamic data-merging (the
ability to inject the email recipient's first name, last name, etc. into the campaign on-the-fly).
Email List Management
HyperMail allows you to organize your email lists in any number of contact groups.
Opt-Outs, Bounces, and delivery status information is available for all of
your contacts as well as the contact group as a whole. Contact groups can
be queried based on field or delivery status and exported at your liesure.
HyperMail also supports the creating of custom fields so you can filter your data
to fit your needs!
Campaign Building
When building an email campaign, HyperMail allows you to modify your template
designs on-the-fly for any last-minute changes you may have. You also have
the ability to send to any number of your contact groups, as well as filter your
data by any field, in order to target your campaign to the most specific group possible.
Advanced Campaign reporting
HyperMail has the ability to track opens, clicks, opt-outs, and bounces on a per-campaign
basis, broken down by each email server used. From the moment you launch a campaign you have the ability to track
the progress in real time. At any point during your campaign you also have
the ability to export the results of your campaign in report format. Tracking
the progress of your campaigns has never been easier.
